- Client inquiries: name, work email, company, phone number, inquiry type, service interest, project or talent requirements, delivery model preference, timeline, and message.
- Candidate inquiries and applications: name, email, phone number, current location, specialization, work authorization (optional), LinkedIn profile (optional), resume, and message.
- Technical information: standard server logs such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referring URLs, used for security and to keep the site running.
We do not use advertising trackers or sell personal information.
How we use information
- To respond to your inquiry and discuss services, talent requirements, or partnership opportunities.
- To evaluate candidates for current or future opportunities with STRGYZ or its clients, and to contact you about those opportunities.
- To operate, secure, and improve the website.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
SMS and text messaging
If you provide a mobile phone number and check the SMS consent box on one of our forms, the following terms apply:
By providing my phone number to Strategyz Solutions LLC, I agree and acknowledge that Strategyz Solutions LLC may send text messages to my wireless phone number for any purpose. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency will vary, and you will be able to opt out by replying “STOP”.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Providing SMS consent is not a condition of doing business with STRGYZ. You can withdraw consent at any time by replying “STOP” to any message or by emailing hr@strgyz.com.
Sharing of information
We share personal information only as needed to operate our business:
- Clients: with your knowledge, candidate profiles and resumes may be shared with prospective clients for roles you are being considered for.
- Service providers: hosting, email, and similar providers that process information on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.
- Legal requirements: when required by law, regulation, or legal process, or to protect the rights and safety of STRGYZ, our clients, or others.
Data retention
We keep inquiry records for as long as needed to respond and maintain a business relationship. Candidate information is retained so that we can consider you for future opportunities, unless you ask us to delete it.
Your choices and rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing hr@strgyz.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws, and we will honor requests as required by those laws.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
International transfers
STRGYZ operates in the United States and works with professionals and clients in other countries, including Mexico, Latin America, and India. Information you provide may be processed in the United States or in the country where a relevant client or team member is located.
Children
This website is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
